1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Coverlly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Insurance Coverage

Coverlly acts as an enrollment platform. Insurance coverage is provided by licensed third-party insurance carriers. All coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance policy issued by the carrier. Coverlly is not a licensed insurance company.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Premiums are calculated based on your selected coverage dates at the weekly rate displayed at time of purchase. Premiums are non-refundable unless the policy has not yet taken effect, subject to carrier terms.

4. Eligibility

Coverage is available to international students enrolled or planning to enroll in accredited U.S. educational institutions on valid F-1, J-1, or equivalent visas. You are responsible for ensuring you meet eligibility requirements.

5. Limitations

Coverlly makes no warranty that coverage will meet every university's specific insurance requirements. We recommend checking with your International Student Office before purchasing.
